OTC Service
Using Maxbit OTC Service
Customers must have an account using Maxbit's platform and have successfully verified their identity in accordance with the company's terms and conditions.
Customers must have a withdrawal limit of THB 200,000 or more in order to activate the OTC Service. The system supports transactions from THB 200,000 per transaction.
If the OTC SERVICE is successfully opened, the staff will be contacted to request a Line ID to create a line group to be used to negotiate the buy and sell price of coins. Customers can trade directly through the line group.
Before starting the OTC Service, the client must read and understand the terms of use in detail and click accept the agreement to confirm consent before using the digital asset trading service.
• The chat box on the OTC Service page is a way to contact Customer Support. It is used for general inquiries and to get advice from the staff.
• The negotiation of the trading price is carried out through the Line group established only between the client and the staff.
• Once the price has been agreed, the customer can immediately proceed to the transaction through the Maxbit Mobile Application or Website.
MaxBit has a Quote Rate BOT to facilitate the trading of digital assets to its clients.
Customers can print an order to ask for a buy and sell price using the following keywords:
• Bid: refers to the price at which the client wants to sell (Sell) USDT to MaxBit.
• Ask: Refers to the price at which the customer wants to buy USDT from MaxBit by paying in Baht.
When typing keywords, the words Bid or Ask, the system displays prices on both the buy side (Ask) and the sell side (Bid) side, so that customers can easily and quickly consider and make decisions.
To trade a digital asset, the client must provide complete information each time before starting the transaction.
Sample item notification:
• Buy USDT (TRC20) for $100,000
• Buy USDT (ERC20) for 3,000,000 Baht
• Sell USDT (BSC) for $100,000
Then the officer will conduct an inspection and confirm the details before proceeding.
Note:
• The price requested by the customer will have a locking period of 3 minutes. If this period is exceeded, the officer will. Perform a new price request and use the current price to execute the transaction instead.
• Once the customer has informed the price lock and the official has confirmed the price lock, it cannot be canceled or. The list can be changed
The procedure after the trading price is agreed
• Once the client has successfully agreed the trading price with the Line member, the client can proceed to deposit funds or deposit coins into the wallet as agreed.
• The staff will process the sending of orders/sales orders to the customer through the system, with the notification sent to the customer's Maxbit application. If no notification is found, the OTC Service menu within the app can be accessed to view pending orders/sales immediately.
• The customer must check and press confirm the order/sell through the application within 180 seconds (3 minutes). If not executed within the specified time, the order will expire automatically, the customer can notify the staff to send a new order immediately.
When the order status is “Completed”, it means that the customer's coin or baht has been successfully converted and transferred to the Wallet. The customer can go to the Wallet page and make a withdrawal transaction immediately.

Note:
• The number of withdrawals per day depends on the level of entitlement the client has earned. It usually starts at a minimum of 200,000 Baht/day.
• If the client wants to increase the withdrawal limit per day, he can inform the authorities and attach supporting documents in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the company.
• Consideration of the approval of additional withdrawal limits will be at the discretion of the authorities and the review process in accordance with the Company's standards.

Maxbit OTC Service opening hours
Maxbit's OTC Service is open by date and time as follows:
• Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 02:00 (of the next day)
• Friday: 07:00 - 23:00.
• Saturday - Sunday and public holidays: 09:00 - 18:00.
Special cycles may be opened in addition to the above working hours. If a special round is opened or the opening and closing times are changed, the Company will notify the customer in advance.
*If the customer needs help or has any further questions about the use, they can contact the staff directly through the Line group established exclusively between the customer and the staff. The staff is at your service and takes care of you closely at every step.
