📍 Conditions for participation in the event

1. DCA BTC EVENT STARTING AT 99 BAHT WELCOMING THE NEW YEAR (THE “EVENT”) IS HELD BY MAXBIT DIGITAL ASSETS CO., LTD. (THE “COMPANY”).

2. The duration of the event starts from January 7, 2022 at 13:00. Until December 31, 2022 at 13:00 Or until the prize runs out, and then one of them comes first.

3. To be eligible to participate in the event, you must be a Maxbit user who (1) has registered for an account and verified on the application, and (2) has a bank account linked to a verified Maxbit account. The Company reserves the right to 1 user account for each prize.

4. Event Details Event participants must set up and transact Bitcoin (BTC) DCA transactions through the Auto DCA feature on Maxbit, subject to the following conditions:

• Complete a Bitcoin (BTC) DCA transaction via Auto DCA with a minimum of 99 Baht per day for 30 consecutive days or

• Successfully traded DCA Bitcoin (BTC) to THB 2,970

Participants must

• Ensure that there is sufficient Maxbit account balance for each DCA transaction, and

• Complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe set by the Company

5. Details of the prize Participants who complete the conditions and have been verified by the Company will be awarded in Bitcoin (BTC) in the amount of 9,900 satoshi (sat) or approximately 300 baht (based on the asset price comparison as of December 09, 2022, BTC coin value of approximately 297.99 baht/coin), limited to 15,000 rights.

The system will automatically transfer the prize to the eligible recipient's Maxbit account within 24 hours after the event participant fulfills all the conditions and those who meet the conditions first will be eligible for the prize first.

6. Prizes cannot be exchanged, exchanged for cash or exchanged for other prizes. The Company reserves the right to change the conditions of the event without prior notice.
