📍 Terms and Conditions for Participating in the Event

1. The “DCA PAXG Starting at THB 299” campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Maxbit Digital Asset Co., Ltd. (“Company”).
2. The Campaign period starts from 13 March 2026 at 10:00 AM and ends on 13 April 2026 at 11:59 PM, or until all rewards have been fully redeemed, whichever comes first.

3. Eligibility for participation requires that users: (1) have registered and completed identity verification (KYC) on the Maxbit application; and (2) have a verified bank account linked to their Maxbit user account. Each Maxbit account is eligible for one reward only.

4. Campaign Details: Participants must set up and execute Ethereum (ETH) Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) transactions via the Auto DCA feature on the Maxbit application under the following conditions:

• Successfully execute PAXG DCA transactions via Auto DCA with a minimum amount of THB 299 or 10 USDT per day for 7 consecutive days, or

• Accumulate successful PAXG DCA transactions with a total amount of at least THB 2,093 or 70 USDT.

In addition, participants must:

• Ensure that sufficient account balance is available in their Maxbit user account for each DCA transaction; and

• Complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe specified by the Company.

5. Reward Details: Participants who have fulfilled all Campaign conditions and passed the Company’s verification will receive a reward of PAX Gold (PAXG) amounting to 0.0009 PAXG or an equivalent value of THB 150 (Price comparison is based on the asset value as of 29 January 2026, with the PAX Gold (PAXG) price approximately 149.81 THB per unit), limited to 200 eligible participants. The system shall automatically transfer the reward to the eligible participant’s Maxbit user account within 24 hours after the participant has fulfilled all Campaign conditions. Participants who fulfill the Campaign conditions earlier shall be entitled to receive the reward prior to others, on a first-come, first-served basis.  

6. Rewards cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or substituted for any other items. The Company reserves the right to modify or amend the Campaign’s terms and conditions without prior notice and shall not be responsible for any loss or issue arising from incorrect or incomplete digital asset wallet address information provided by participants.
